The Harvesting of clients/members details for the intention of mass mailing, spamming or newsletters in electronic or hardcopy format is strictly forbidden and will be viewed by us as theft, termination of your access may be enforced and even legal action may be pursued in exceptional circumstances.

Misuse
You confirm that you will not misuse the website, its content, contacts or any other service provided by The Monster Business. You will also report immediately any misuse which you feel is being perpetrated by any other member (such as spamming, Distribution of viruses etc) and stop any unauthorised person using your login in details.

Also the breach of any laws relating to copyright, trademarks, intellectual property will not be tolerated and if proven membership will be terminated and legal action may be taken.

Also the linking to sites not owned by you will be deemed misuse as will unsolicited commercial emails and the uploading of any pirate software.
