When looking at available networking events it can often be difficult to weigh up the incentives and advantages of picking a certain event over another.

There is a plethora of free events which are available to prospective networkers; however there are other available events which may charge a small fee.

So why would you spend money on something you can get for free?

Milton Keynes to benefit from new B2B group that offers a refreshing approach to networking

MK Networking is a new networking group founded by seven like-minded professionals that had originally met through attending other networking groups. The focus of the new group is to remove membership and start-up fees and allow a more relaxed style of networking, with a strong sense of collaboration.

The group is built on the foundations of a not-for-profit operation that will teach a great deal to prospective networkers within a variety of industries. Founder members also have a plethora of experience in areas such as IT, Business coaching, solicitors, accountancy and PR & marketing.

Mums help benefit Blackpool businesses to network with free events and workshop training

Two Blackpool mums, Claire Sheehan and Tracey Ashton, have set up a mentoring network to help local businesses receive advice and networking events for free. Claire and Tracey hope that businesses will be empowered by the advice and take the time to join in, knowing there is no risk of lost income.

Claire currently runs a health and safety consultant, Infinite Safety Ltd and Tracey has founded Belvedere Bookkeeping Services, an accounting company.
