This often depends on a large number of small and flexible working businesses in a localised area. In Sussex for example Eggbox Marketing runs Lewes' First Friday from 12:30-2pm, Brighton has a Third Friday, Preston Park Hub and Big Sussex Fish, while close-by there is The Dean's Business Club in Saltdean/Rottingdean. These are more suitable to the independent freelancer type of business without set office hours. There are a number of successful lunchtime networking events as well.
